Book your appointment simply online, via phone or WhatsApp, email or in person. Please be aware that we do not have a reception. If we are currently not in a treatment, we are more than happy to help you. Please be aware that the first physio appointment must take place within 5 weeks after the prescription is issued by your doctor.

In case of illness or accident, the insurance covers the costs with a doctor’s prescription (minus the deductible, except during pregnancy from week 13 to 8 weeks after birth). The costs are based on your diagnosis and set by law.  

Without a prescription, treatments and trainings are privately payable. You find the prices in the categories. Your supplementary might cover part of it.

We kindly ask you to cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance, if needed. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged privately, even with a doctor’s prescription.

The first physio appointment must take place within 5 weeks after the prescription is issued by your doctor. The whole prescription is valid for 6 months. The insurance usually covers 4 x 9 sessions per diagnosis, with medical justification if needed. Frequency is often recommended 2x per week, but that depends on the indication.

Please bring for the first appointment the prescription if present, your insurance card or accident number and any relevant documents digital or in paper. You can also bring sport clothes and a towel, which might be needed.
