You can easily book your appointment online, by phone, via WhatsApp, by email or in person at our practice. Please note that we do not have a reception desk. However, if we are not currently seeing a patient, we will be happy to assist you during our opening hours. Your first physiotherapy appointment must take place within 5 weeks of the prescription being issued.

In the event of illness or an accident, the insurance will cover the costs provided you have a doctor’s prescription (minus the deductable, except during pregnancy from the 13th week until 8 weeks after the birth). The costs depend on the medical diagnosis and are set by law.

Without a prescription, treatments and training sessions must be paid for privately. You can find an overview of the costs in the individual categories. Your supplementary insurance may cover part of the costs.

We fully understand that schedules can change at short notice, but we do have ongoing fixed costs and waiting lists for patients. We would ask you, where possible, to cancel your appointments at least 24 hours in advance if necessary. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments will be charged privately, even if you have a doctor’s prescription.

The first treatment must take place within 5 weeks of the prescription being issued. A prescription is valid for 6 months. The insurance company usually covers 4 x 9 sessions per diagnosis, subject to a doctor’s justification if necessary. We generally recommend a frequency of twice a week, but this depends on the specific condition.

Please bring your prescription to your first appointment, along with your insurance card or accident claim number (if you have one) and any other relevant documents. You are welcome to bring sportswear and a towel with you; you may need them.
