Moms Restart – Outdoor Group Class

What is Moms Restart?

Moms Restart is an outdoor group class for mothers who want to become active again after giving birth—with or without their baby. Together, we train the whole body in the fresh air, improve strength and endurance, and create space for connection with other moms. Your baby can stay in a carrier, in the stroller, or even at home—you decide. The class is led by a specialized physiotherapist who understands the specific needs of the postpartum phase.

Your Training – Individual and Together

Our sessions are adapted to every postpartum recovery level so you can train safely and effectively. After a short individual assessment, we begin a varied program focused on strengthening the pelvic floor, core stability, and overall fitness. The exchange with other mothers also creates extra motivation and a sense of community.

Beckenbodendysfunktionen, Rumpfinstabilität, Rückenschmerzen, Rectus Diastase oder allgemeine Fitnessdefizite.

Sicheres Ganzkörpertraining kombiniert mit Rückbildungsfokus und individueller Anpassung aufgrund des Trainings in der Kleingruppe.

Pricing and What to Bring

30 CHF pro Stunde, ggf. über Zusatzversicherung abrechenbar.

Bitte bringe ein Trainingsband mit, ein Handtuch, etwas zu trinken und alles, was du für dein Baby brauchst.

Location and Weather
The class takes place outdoors. Meeting point: Rentenwiese, at the entrance to the park (fountain, Zurich Yacht Club). If the weather is very uncomfortable, a written cancellation will be sent no later than two hours before the class starts (via email or WhatsApp). If the class takes place, please dress appropriately for the weather.
